We need to save and process personal data about you, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any information or comments that you enter in the free text fields when registering or contacting us. The purpose of this processing is to manage your registration, answer your questions and administer your participation in our training programs.

Data collection and storage

We collect personal data from you via our registration forms and contact pages. In order to submit a form, you must actively check the box “I have read and accept the 16WOH privacy policy” By checking this box, you agree that we process your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here.

Data submitted via forms is stored in the database on our website for a maximum of 12 months. After that, the data is deleted in connection with a quarterly routine. In this routine, submitted form responses are downloaded locally, and all personal information (such as name, email address, address and telephone number) is removed before the files are used. The anonymized data is used for statistical follow-up only.

Registrations for any of our programs are sent to register@16weeksofhell.com and are retained to enable communication and follow-up, even after the program has ended.

Sharing of personal data

The personal data we process may be shared with: Companies within the same group. External service providers who manage our website and access to submitted form responses. These providers may only process the data according to our instructions and in accordance with applicable law. We do not share your personal data with any third party other than the above, unless we are required to do so by law.
