16 week program with complete exercise and diet schedule. You do not have to live in the city you register for. Three physical meetings if possible.

12 Weeks

After great demand for a slightly shorter program, we introduced a 12-week program based on the same principles as our 16-week program.

Distance

You follow our original 16-week program, but you complete the program on your own, in a place of your choice. No physical meetings, but you update us on an ongoing basis and receive feedback.

Start when you want

You follow our original 12- or 16-week program, but you start when you want. Kick off and training is carried out via recorded instructions and readable material.
