Are you ready?
Original program (16 weeks)
16 week program complete with exercises and diet schedule. You do not have to live in the city you sign up for but be able to meet for three physical meetings.
Distance Program (16 weeks)
You follow our original 16-week program, but you complete the program on your own, in a place of your choice. No physical meetings take place in the distance program.
Start When You Want
You follow our original 12- or 16-week program, but you start when you want. Kick off and training is carried out via recorded instructions and readable material.
Danish Edition (12 weeks)
We are experiencing a huge demand for a slightly shorter program and we have developed a 12-week program that contains the same principles as 16 weeks.
